Mice Consulting was in charge of the consultancy services for the project for a Convention Center with a capacity of 10,000 people and a 26,000m2 Fair Venue, which is part of the ambitious Humanitá undertaking carried out by OAS.
A 60,000-seater stadium (a possible venue for FIFA official games as well as shows of different kinds) integrated into a multipurpose complex which includes a convention center with a capacity of more than 10,000 people, a fair venue with an approximate area of 26,000m2, a hotel with 240 rooms, a shopping center, a business center, a residential area and 5300 parking spaces.
Known as an essentially residential neighborhood, Humanitá, situated in the north of Porto Alegre near the Airport and the Trensub, is preparing to hold one of the best constructions in the city in the last few years, and thus become the new entrance gate to the southern capital, with the construction of the Arena do Grêmio complex.
